Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide DOI Fleet Service Workshops Service, Maintenance & Report for Vehicle Lifting Equipment to DOI Fleet Services to be carried out between Jan 2027 and Jan 2030.<br /><br />The Isle of Man Government invites expressions of interest from Workshop lifting equipment companies to provide a vehicle lifting service audit and report every 6 months to the Department of Infrastructure – Shared Fleet Services (SFS) Workshops.<br /><br />• A contract frame work to be created for the servicing of all vehicle lifting equipment in the SFS garages.<br />• The service inspections will take place every 6 months for the specified vehicle lifting equipment. <br />• The service contract period is 3 years.<br />• The service contract will work in conjunction with the Fleet Service Workshop Managers for all reporting, corrective action and follow up. <br /><br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document VLE02<br />- The Quick Quote Advert VLE02<br />- The IOM Govt standard Terms and Conditions.<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Fri 10th July 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Fri 17th July 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
