Tender description
Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide national flood risk mapping updates to the Department of Infrastructure to be carried out between August 2026 and 31st March 2027.<br /><br />The Isle of Man Government invites expressions of interest from seeks a suitably qualified specialist Consultant to provide hydraulic modelling and flood mapping services to update the Isle of Man’s national flood risk maps. The aim of the project is to standardise the Client’s fluvial models and develop new models where required, to provide updated flood risk and hazard maps. The Flood Management Division (FMD) recently undertook work to update the national flood risk maps for most of the island’s designated watercourses and one non-designated watercourse. This commission will focus on the Lhen Trench System and its tributaries: Lough Cranstal, Gat-e-Whing, Leodest, Andreas, Waitebridge, Close Taggart, Bishops, Anne Jane Wades ditches and the Killane & Dumb Rivers. Once complete, the Island will have a single, consistent set of outputs for all designated watercourses in the Island. <br /><br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- QQRequestDoc_CCA NAT DAT ALL PHASE 2 FLOOD MAPPING.doc<br />- QQWebAdvert_CCA NAT DAT ALL PHASE 2 FLOOD MAPPING.docx<br />- C011_CCA NAT DAT ALL PHASE 2 FLOOD MAPPING_NEC4_PSSC.docx<br />- C011_CC_NAT DAT ALL PHASE FLOOD MAPPING_APPENDICES.zip<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on 15th July 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on 22nd July 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br /> <br />
