The Government of Jersey (GOJ) requires the delivery of various purchased services commonly use throughout the GOJ. Commodities and services falling under this banner are type of services used in support of our day-to-day activities such as Professional Services. Throughout 2026, the Government of Jersey will be creating a new Professional Services Framework of suppliers capable of delivery a range of frequently used services that are broadly classified as ‘Professional Services (such as Project Management, HR Support, IT services, legal and financial support services etc’) . Currently it envisaged in the initial 2026 tranche there will be the following main Lots (each Lot will have sub Lots of specialisms) Lot 1 Business Analytics , Project/Programme/Portfolio Management, Change Management , Procurement and Commercial , Lot 2; IS/IT Specialisms ; Lot 4 Policy Consultancy tbc To manage the resource demands upon bidders and the Government we will compete each main Lot as number of tender opportunities during 2026. This EOI and process relates only to Lot 1 and we commence continuing the process by issuing the following Expression of Interest and Pre Qualification Stage for Lot 1 here. The Jersey Public Service invites qualified and experienced providers of Business Analytics , Project/Programme/Portfolio Management, Change Management , Procurement and Commercial providers to indicate their interest in inclusion in upcoming tender process for a no spend commitment multi-provider 3 year term framework. Time constraints and the geographic diversity of likely bidders has lead us to issue the attached ‘Meet the Buyer/Market Briefing ppt’ to provide general briefing on the opportunity, procurement process and envisaged framework structure and operation – along with PQQ template to be completed by interested parties.
