Bournemouth University is undertaking a pre-market engagement exercise to understand the market’s capability to deliver an integrated curriculum management, timetable and scheduling solution, explore potential delivery models, and inform the University’s procurement and commercial strategy.<br /><br />Bournemouth University is exploring a future exercise to procure a unified, modern, and scalable platform that integrates curriculum management, timetabling, scheduling, and room booking into a single, coherent solution. The University intends to implement a system that provides a single source of truth for curriculum and scheduling data, supporting the full lifecycle of curriculum development from initial course design and validation through to curriculum rollover and accurate publication. <br /><br />The University is looking to engage with the supply market for the purposes of:<br /><br />• Developing the University’s requirements and approach to the procurement;<br />• Designing a procedure, conditions of participation or award criteria;<br />• Preparing the tender notice and associated tender documents;<br />• Identifying suppliers that may be able to supply the goods, services or works required;<br />• Building capacity among suppliers in relation to the contract being awarded.<br />
