St Helens Council working with Merseyside Recycling and Waste Authority (MRWA) and its partner districts – Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral and Halton Councils wish to tender for the composting and treatment of garden waste from established recycling services across the Liverpool City Region. Collection frequencies and collection dates throughout the year vary from Council to Council and are subject to change. Therefore, this service is required year-round.
