Tender description

The College would like to appoint a contractor to deliver a compliant, resilient, customer-focused, and data-led M&E service that supports live teaching, statutory compliance, lifecycle planning, and the College's Estates Strategy 2025-2030. This tender was administered using the CPC framework ref CPC/KB/01/2023 Lot 1: The contractor is to provide as a minimum: • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) • Statutory inspections, testing, and certification • Reactive maintenance • Asset verification and lifecycle planning • Data management within the College's CAFM system • Technical support to capital and decarbonisation projects (as required)
