Quick Quote - Development of State of the Biosphere Report and Comms Materials

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide Development of State of the Biosphere Report and Comms Materials to the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture to be carried out between July and September 2026.<br /><br />The Isle of Man Government invites expressions of interest from experienced providers to support the creation of the State of the Biosphere report to UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man within the Department of Environment, Food, and Agriculture.<br /><br />The UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man programme brings people together to support sustainable development across the Island, connecting environmental, economic and social priorities through collaboration and partnership. Communicating progress, evidence and future direction clearly and engagingly is central to this work.<br /><br />The Department is seeking a skilled individual or organisation to help shape and deliver the State of the Biosphere Report, a public-facing version of our 10-year Periodic Review for UNESCO, aligning with the design of the new 2027-2036 Biosphere Strategy. This work will combine content development and design, alongside the creation of supporting communications materials, all in close collaboration with the Biosphere Isle of Man team.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Tuesday 30th June 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 3rd July 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
