Knowsley Council Falls Lifting Service Soft Market Test

Tender description

Soft Market Test Knowsley Council is reviewing its technology enabled care offer. This includes the delivery of a falls lifting service which is linked to a call centre (commissioned by the Council) using technology. The review is expected to commence in autumn 2026 with a large overarching contract (including telecare response, purchase and installation of equipment) being tendered to commence May 2028. Knowsley Council wish to commission an interim arrangement for the falls lifting service until the new overarching contract is ready to be tendered.
