ITEP1209 - Specialist Operational Service Portfolio Change Support

Tender description

This procurement look at securing specialist business change to support the operational adoption of a newly created Portfolio Management Framework. Aims to bring operational expertise to support the transition to new ways of working. Additionally looks to provide assurance and embedment across current Service Portfolios. This project requires consultancy to provide the operational expertise and capability to transition and embed change across Service Operations. If this is service is not procured then Digital Services is at risk of not meeting all RIS3 YR1 outcomes and impacting changes to operational critical services. By securing a short term solution this allows the core team to continue planning to build a 5 year strategic capability framework contract for DS Service Operations.
