Children and Young People’s Care and Support Services Framework

Tender description

The Council is seeking to engage with the market in advance of a forthcoming procurement for a Children and Young People’s Care and Support Services Framework. This engagement aims to gather feedback from providers on the proposed scope, structure and operation of the framework, which will support the flexible commissioning of services including early help, family support, community-based provision and specialist interventions. The framework may also be used to support young people transitioning into adulthood. Providers are invited to participate in market engagement events and provide feedback to help shape the development of the tender approach, including lot structure, call-off arrangements, and how best to support a transparent and sustainable approach to pricing and service delivery.
