East Durham College is seeking to replace its current accounting and WAP procurement system with a modern, fit for purpose, integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The main purpose will be to improve financial management, procurement workflow, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency, whilst ensuring compliance with audit, security and Department for Education (DfE) regulations and requirements. The supplier must be able to offer licensing and support on a 3-year contract with an optional 2-year extension.
