SOW - Transformation Sites Business Improvement support

Tender description

The contract will support two NRS sites to review current ways of working, identify challenges and improvement opportunities and co-develop a refreshed site vision and priorities with site leadership. The supplier will undertake site-specific operational reviews, facilitate leadership alignment workshops, and provide structured support to plan and deliver agreed improvement actions, including clear ownership, risk and issue management. The engagement will also ensure improvements are embedded into business-as-usual activities, with lessons learned captured and opportunities identified for wider rollout across other sites.
