Provision of installation, servicing and maintenance of Vernacare macerator units at Nottingham City Hospital

Tender description

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (The Authority) has awarded a contract for servicing and maintenance of the Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust’s macerators at Nottingham City Hospital (The Services). The purpose of the Services is to ensure continuous operation of the existing macerators by carrying out planned preventative maintenance, enabling issues to be detected early and mitigating any failures. The Services include, but are not limited to, a minimum of 1 maintenance visit per annum, 24/7 call out support and guaranteed next day call out for reactive maintenance. Installation shall be required on an ad-hoc basis e.g. lifecycle replacement. The Authority previously published a planned procurement notice concerning the award of this contract. However, since its publication, the contract is now below threshold and therefore has published this below threshold contract details notice accordingly.
