Patrick Parish Commissioners <br />Tender verge scraping, Patrick Road <br /><br />Expressions of interest are sought from appropriately insured contractors to undertake the following works on the south side of the Patrick Road between the junction with Station Road, St Johns to the junction at Patrick Corner, Patrick. <br />- Scrape vegetation and detritus clear of tarmac surfaces <br />- Prior to scraping areas where stone walls are present arrange weed <br />spraying two weeks prior to works <br />- Cut all vegetation as close to any stone walls as possible ensuring stone <br />wall structure isn’t disturbed <br />- Cut all vegetation back as close as possible to the banks without directly <br />disturbing bank <br />- Removal of all waste material from site and disposal <br />- Arrange traffic management controls <br /><br />Forms of tender are to be returned by 17th July 2026. <br /><br />Further details can be obtained from the Commissioners: <br />Claire Cope – Clerk to Patrick Parish Commissioners <br />C/O Ballakeyll, Doarlish Ard, Gleneedles, Foxdale, IM4 3BH <br /><br />Email: patrickcommissioners@manx.net <br /><br />Tel: 07624 369599
