The successful supplier will be responsible for a full range of services, including panel beating, dent removal, structural repairs, spray painting, refinishing, and replacement of damaged components. In addition, the provider will manage quality assurance, ensure timely turnaround of repairs, and maintain accurate reporting and documentation for each job undertaken. The objective of this procurement is to secure a reliable and cost-effective solution that minimises vehicle downtime, preserves asset value, and ensures that all repaired vehicles are returned to service in a safe, roadworthy, and presentable condition.
