Oldham Council are seeking to commission two statutory services, Regulation 44 Visits and Children’s Advocacy and Independent Visitors. These will be 2 separate tenders when they go live, but the market engagement will be held together. This project relates only to the market engagement, to allow suppliers to book onto the event, and to share slides after the event. Each tender will have it's own Chest project when they go live.
