Tender description

The College are looking for a supplier to provide legal services to the College. Lot 1: The route to market will be a desktop evaluation via APUC framework: Legal Services (PFB1047 AB) Lot 8 – One Stop Shop. The following evaluation criteria weightings were amended from the original framework tender to reflect the institutions requirements: -Framework Management, Values and Business Processes – revised from 15% to 20%. The college requires a supplier that is going to provide excellent service and management of the framework and having the correct business processes in place to provide value within the service. -Community Benefits & Added Value – Reduced from 5% to 2% to reflect the fact that for this service community benefits and added is not a priority. -Commercial Business Expertise – Reduced from 10% to 9% to reflect the needs of the college and the type of work that will be required. -Property & Estates Expertise - Reduced from 10% to 9% to reflect the needs of the college and the type of work that will be required. All of the contractors of the contractors on Lot 8 – One Stop Shop were included in this exercise.. The contract shall be for a initial 12-months with the options of 2x12 month extensions
