Tender description
To meet duties under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 in regard to the provision and maintenance of appropriate fire safety equipment, Wandle Housing Association (WHA) require a reactive and planned preventative maintenance for all fire systems at WHA residential premises that are owned, managed and/or maintained by WHA in accordance with the relevant British and industry standards that also includes the replacement and installation of appropriate fire equipment when identified. ## Contract award
