C008 (2027) Preliminary Market Engagement for the Supply of Tapes The purpose of the PME is to assess the market's interest and capabilities in delivering Contract C008 (2027) Supply of General Tapes. At this stage, any information gathered through this Exercise will inform internal business planning and any possible subsequent procurement process and will NOT be appraised in any future tender evaluation exercise. A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) envelope has been created named “pqq_4742” within Project “project_29189” to issue Suppliers with preliminary information and contains the PME questionnaire for Suppliers to complete. Please note that a draft specification will be available to Suppliers defining NIE Networks’ requirements so that Suppliers can understand these requirements in advance of completing this questionnaire. This eSourcingNI PQQ will close at 3.00pm on 30 June 2026 and NIE Networks are unable to accept submissions after this deadline. Interested parties will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to this PME Notice or the PME Questionnaire. Participation or non-participation in the PME supplier information event shall not prevent any interested parties from participating in any subsequent procurement process.
