Tender description

This is the Discovery and Design Phase of the project. This is a key part of the project lifecycle, and sets the foundation for successful delivery through the following activities: • Commence Stakeholder engagement • Vendor engagement • Documentation of requirements • Clarification of objectives • High Level Solution Design • Procurement services of Eclipse Financial module including financial clauses in contract • Production of a delivery Proposal detailing the schedule and costs including the de commission of the bespoke Provider Return System.
