SZC Recruitment Agency Preferred Supplier List

Tender description

Sizewell C (SZC) is establishing a direct Recruitment Preferred Supplier List (PSL) to support the next phase of project delivery from Summer 2026. The Recruitment PSL will operate under a structured and standardised model designed to ensure consistency, transparency, and robust governance across the recruitment supply chain. Appointment to the PSL will be conditional upon: 1) Acceptance of SZC’s standard agency fee structure 2) Acceptance of SZC’s recruitment and commercial terms (issued in a standard form) 3) Successful completion of SZC supplier onboarding and compliance requirements Only suppliers able to operate in accordance with this model will be eligible to deliver recruitment services to the Sizewell C project. This will be a closed tender process. Successful organisations will be announced publicly upon completion of the procurement exercise.
