Quick Quote - Testing, Maintenance and Replacement of Portable Fire Fighting Equipment at Various Government Properties – SSFM 054

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide Testing, Maintenance and Replacement of Portable Fire Fighting Equipment at Various Government Properties to the Department of Infrastructure. <br /><br />The Department is responsible for a large portfolio of firefighting equipment requiring annual attention, currently comprising approximately 4,000 appliances across over 200 properties. All works shall be carried out in full accordance with BS 5306-3:2017 (as amended) or any standard superseding it (all relevant parts), including but not limited to:<br />• BS 5306-3: Code of practice for the commissioning and maintenance of portable fire extinguishers; and<br />• BS 5306-8: Code of practice for the selection, positioning and mounting of portable fire extinguishers.<br /><br />The Contractor will enter into an Agreement with the Department for a three (3) year term, with a possible extension of a further two (2) years at the Department’s sole discretion.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br />- Appendix 1 - Sites & Assets (SSFM 054)<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 19th June 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 26th June 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
