Quick Quote - Road Network Condition Survey (Scanner and Scrim) RETENDER

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide a road network condition survey to the Department of Infrastructure to be carried out between July and October 2026.<br /><br />Highway Services invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake comprehensive road condition surveys - Surface Condition Assessment for the National Network of Roads (SCANNER) and Sideway-force Coefficient Routine Investigation Machine (SCRIM) surveys<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- Doc 1 Certificate of Non Collusion<br />- Doc 2 Financial Regulations Declaration<br />- Doc 3 Schedule of Confidential Information<br />- Enc 1 NEC4 Professional Services Short Contract<br />- Enc 2 Quick Quote Request<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on 24th June 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on 8th July 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason.
