Quick Quote - Railway Field Gate Replacement Works - Awarded

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide Field Gate installation work to Isle of Man Railways, Department of Infrastructure to be carried out between July and November 2026. <br /><br />The works consist of the full or partial replacement of field access gates across 14 sites on the Islands Steam Railway network . New gates, closing posts, hanging posts, spring loaded bolts and associated fixings shall be supplied to the Contractor from Railways stock. Where required, the Contractor shall undertake minor fencing adjustments, including the relocation or replacement of straining posts, to accommodate new gates and maintain stockproof boundaries. All materials for fencing works shall be procured by the Contractor.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- Quick Quote - Railway Field Gate Replacement Works<br />- Field Gate Replacement Worksites.<br />- Standardised Steel Field Gate (Drawing). <br />- IOMR-L2-OTK-SPE-002 Fencing Specification. <br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 26th June 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Tuesday 30th June 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
