Bromley Council is undertaking a pre-market engagement exercise in advance of the procurement of a new Independent Fostering Agency (IFA) Framework. This exercise follows the initial market engagement event held on 23rd March 2026 and forms part of the Council's ongoing engagement with the fostering market. The Council would like to thank providers who participated in the previous session and contributed valuable feedback. The purpose of this engagement is to provide an update on how earlier feedback has informed the procurement, outline the final approach, confirm timelines, and ensure providers are fully informed ahead of the tender launch.
