Tender description

Liverpool John Moores University wish to procure the services of a Principal Contractor to undertake window repair works to the John Lennon Art & Design Building. LJMU has provided a specification for these works within in Appendix D. Contractors will be expected to provide costs in the tender for the following: (but not limited to)<br />1. Temporary access,<br />2. Window repair works,<br />3. Associated builders work.<br /><br />Tendering Process<br />Liverpool John Moores University will from now on be referred to as “LJMU” or the “Authority” for the purpose of these documents. <br />“Tenderer” is the person, firm or company responding to this Invitation to Tender by submitting a Tender for the consideration of LJMU. The successful Tenderer(s) will be required to work closely with LJMU to ensure the satisfactory management of any resulting Agreement. <br />Liverpool John Moores University does not consider itself a "contracting authority" for the purposes of the UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016. Consequently, the university is not bound by the specific obligations of these regulations in relation to its procurement activities.
