Harrow Way Community School - Resourced Provision - Internal Alterations

Tender description

The scheme involves the design and construction of internal alterations at Harrow Way Community School, Harrow Way, Andover. The works involve refurbishing and reconfiguring a range of classrooms, group rooms, WCs, circulation areas and specialist spaces to create the new Resourced Provision. This includes extensive strip‑out, installation of new partitions (including 30‑minute fire‑rated walls), new doorsets, ceilings, floor finishes, decorations, fitted furniture, sanitaryware, IPS systems and associated drainage connections. The project also covers mechanical and electrical installations, roof penetrations for extract ventilation with appropriate fire‑stopping, as well as external landscaping works, new above‑ and below‑ground drainage, and asbestos removal. ## Contract award
