Consultancy Services - Asbestos Surveying and Testing and Air Monitoring

Tender description

SHP are inviting Consultant Suppliers (referred to as a Provider following award of contract) to submit Tenders for four Open Frameworks being tendered under Regulation 49(2) of the Procurement Act 2023 (“PA23”) in respect of the Scope of Works to Lots 1 and 2 as detailed below. The two most advantageous tenders for each Lot will be awarded both a membership of the Framework based on the JCT FA2024 Framework Agreement and a Call-Off Contract based on the NHF Form of Contract 2025. LOT 1 – Asbestos Surveys and Testing Asbestos Surveys Testing Asbestos LOT 2 – Air Monitoring Air Monitoring - Asbestos Air Monitoring – Post Fires Air Monitoring – Airbourne Hazard Suppliers may tender for both Lots, which will be evaluated separately, however Suppliers can only be awarded a maximum of one Lot. The Lots will be evaluated in the order of Lot 1 and then Lot 2. A Supplier winning Lot 1 will have their tender for Lot 2 discarded in the evaluation of those Lots.
