Buriton Primary School Main Block Boiler Replacement

Tender description

The project comprises of removal and replacement of the existing boilers within the existing boiler room. The works include the following: Removal of existing boiler plant and sections of existing associated pipework Powerflush, clean and flush existing heating system Installation of new natural gas fired condensing boiler Installation of new header, shunt pump and associated pipework and fittings Modification of existing flue and installation of new to suit new boiler (via specialist contractor). Modification of existing boiler room heating circuits and installation of new to suit new boiler arrangement Modification of existing and installation of gas safety solenoid valve and associated controls Modification of existing controls to accept outside air sensor (for boiler direct weather compensation feature), and shunt pump. Associated electrical work including power supply for shunt pump, gas safety panel and condensate pump Flushing, filling and venting Commissioning Dosing of heating system with inhibitor (and provide certification) etc. ## Contract award
