Building Management System (BMS), Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Services and Replacement

Tender description

The requirement to appoint a single contractor for the provision of BMS PPM, Reactive Services and Replacement to Glasgow Clyde College and Glasgow Kelvin College. The colleges expect the PPM and Reactive Services to be self -delivered by the contractor without the need for subcontracting. The colleges understand there may be a requirement to subcontract for the replacement service. Lot 1: The requirement is to appoint a single contractor for the provision of BMS PPM, Reactive Services and Replacement, for Glasgow Clyde College and Glasgow Kelvin College.
