Purchase of a 6DOF Motion Platform for Electrical Machine Testing Lot 1: The University of Edinburgh seeks to acquire a 6DOF Motion Platform capable of testing electrical power conversion test rigs with mass in the range of 1000 kg, and preferably at least 1500 kg or above, to enhance the capabilities of the Electrical Power Conversion group within the Institute for Energy Systems, The School of Engineering. Suppliers are invited to tender for the supply, installation, and technical services/support of this equipment.
