Tender description

Peabody requires a supplier to redesign and rebuild its public website, consolidating multiple sites into a single, accessible platform. The solution must enhance resident services, support corporate and investor users, include a flexible CMS, integrate with existing systems, and provide secure UK hosting, support and maintenance. Timeline Publication: June 2026 (first week) Stage 1 (shortlisting): 2–3 weeks (June) Stage 2 (demos and final proposals): 3–4 weeks (late June – July) Evaluation and award: 2 weeks (late July) Contract award: August 2026 Mobilisation/start: September 2026 Competition type Two stage competitive selection process How to apply Suppliers must submit their responses via Peabody’s e-procurement portal (Delta eSourcing). The procurement will be conducted as a two-stage process. Stage 1 responses will be evaluated to shortlist suppliers. Shortlisted suppliers will be invited to Stage 2 to provide detailed proposals, attend demonstrations and submit pricing. Full instructions and timelines will be provided within the ITT documentation.
