Inverclyde Council require a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide treasury management advice to support the full range of the Council's activities. The successful supplier will advise officers and members to ensure compliance with treasury management legislation and best practice, effective risk management in treasury management decisions and best value in treasury management.
