Provision of Northside School Fire Alarm Renewal

Tender description

The Authority is seeking a contractor to provide works to include the installation of a new fire alarm system to all areas of the site. The works shall include, but not necessarily confined to the following: i)Site survey ii)System design iii)Dismantling and removing all redundant equipment and associated materials. iv)Installation of new electrical services including lighting, power, fire alarm and lightning protection v)Undertaking all associated builders work in connection with installing trunking, conduit etc. vi)Producing full working drawings for comment vii)Undertaking all testing and commissioning. viii)Producing record drawings and operation and maintenance manuals. All electrical installations shall be installed, tested and commissioned in accordance with the current version of British Standards and the IET wiring regulations including all amendments.
