Provision of NHS Youth Forum Services

Tender description

NHS England is seeking to appoint a delivery partner to manage and deliver the NHS Youth Forum Services. This service will support NHS England in fulfilling its statutory duties for public involvement (Section 13Q), by ensuring that the voices of children and young people (CYP) are meaningfully embedded in the design, delivery, and improvement of health services. In line with the ambitions set out in the 10 Year Health Plan, NHS England is committed to strengthening participation and empowering young people and communities. The NHS Youth Forum plays a central role in this, providing a structured and inclusive platform for young people to share lived experience, shape national policy, and influence healthcare services. The appointed Supplier will: • Manage and deliver the NHS Youth Forum Services; • Facilitate engagement activities and consultation with CYP; • Support a diverse and representative membership; • Enable effective collaboration with NHS England and system partners; and • Ensure that CYP voices are heard, valued, and acted upon across national programmes and priorities. Contract Details: • Duration: 24 months, with the option to extend for 12 month periods (maximum potential duration: 36 months) • Contract Value: £150,000 per annual, and up to £450,000 for the duration of the contract.
