Provision of Benchmarking Services for Strathclyde Pension Fund

Tender description

The Council as administering authority for Strathclyde Pension Fund had a requirement to undertake a Negotiated Procedure under Standing Order 8 of the Council's Standing Orders for the provision of a Benchmarking Service in respect of the Strathclyde Pension Fund to ensure that the fund can evolve in response to regulatory changes and to reflect changing member needs and expectations as well as ensuring that the fund is fit for purpose, cost effective and value for money for its stakeholders. Lot 1: Award of Contract without prior publication of a call for competition.
