Property and Estates Services - Estates Management National Contract

Tender description

An Estates Management contract which covers those services required to properly manage corporate and non-operational property. These services include: - securing new, alternative or replacement property (i.e. offices, depots) to meet business needs. - management of property held pending schemes and ensuring they are compliant with our statutory obligations as landlord - disposal of surplus property purchased for road infrastructure projects. - management of the Corporate Real Estate (including lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations and licences to underlet or alter). - resolving trespass and encroachment on the National Highways Estate.
