Tender description

MoJ is seeking services from a third-party Supplier to provide digital and data delivery capability to support the migration of functionality, users and data from the legacy prison system to Digital Prison Services (DPS). This includes delivery of modern digital services, onboarding and adoption support, and coordinated legacy exit planning and execution. The Contract will be 3+1 years, and is likely to be awarded July 2026 with a period of Knowledge Transfer from the incumbent supplier. Suppliers who wish to be considered for potential procurements advertised by MoJ should ensure they are registered on the portal. All ITT activity and communications between MoJ and suppliers will usually be conducted through the MoJ e‑Sourcing portal. Suppliers will be required to access the ITT documentation, submit clarification questions, and upload their tender responses via the portal.
