MoJ is seeking services from a third-party Supplier to provide digital delivery capability to support Prisons Digital priorities and Offender Management Unit Transformation including five main delivery areas; Public Protection in Prisons, Personalised DPS inc. task management and standard document management, Safer Custody, Prison Staff Rostering and other new or emerging critical priorities. The Contract will be 3+1 years, and is likely to be awarded early August 2026. Timeline - Start date (Tender documents published) 10th June - Deadline for receipt of clarification questions 19th June 23:59 - Buyer responses to clarification questions published 22nd June 23:59 - Tender submission deadline 29th June 13:00 Competition type Multi stage competitive selection process How to apply The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) intends to use the MoJ e‑Sourcing portal to run Invitations to Tender (ITT) for relevant DOS7 competitions, (subject to use of the DOS7 filtering tool). Suppliers who wish to be considered for potential procurements advertised by MoJ should ensure they are registered on the portal. All ITT activity and communications between MoJ and suppliers will usually be conducted through the MoJ e‑Sourcing portal. Suppliers will be required to access the ITT documentation, submit clarification questions, and upload their tender responses via the portal.
