Tender description

As per the Prior Information Notice (PIN) published in February 2026, the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) intends to run a competitive procurement process for the supply and delivery of Cleaning, Paper, Personal Hygiene and Period Equality Products to the Irish Public Sector (including the Health Sector) in 2026. As part of the procurement process, the OGP is issuing this Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) document and invites responses from Economic Operators in the market. This is a market sounding exercise to obtain market information on the Cleaning, Paper, Personal Hygiene and Period Equality Products to assist in the development and structure of the upcoming Request for Tenders (RFT). This is also an opportunity for market players to provide valuable information to the OGP in respect of any issues or challenges and to submit any suggestions, which would enhance the Provision and Management of Cleaning, Paper, Personal Hygiene and Period Equality Products to Public Sector Bodies (PSBs) in Ireland. Please note that this is a Request for Information only and not a call for competition.
