Manannan Court, River Suite refurbishment works

Tender description

During the tender period, all tendering contractors shall be invited to visit site with the client’s representative. Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide River Suite Refurbishment works for Manx Care, to be carried out between 20th July 2026 and 4th September 2026.<br /><br />The proposed refurbishment works consist of the following: Strip-out, demolition of existing internal areas, lift and dispose of internal courtyard pavers and sub-base, remove and clear external garden areas. Form new openings, rebuild previously removed and new solid block partition walls, block-up openings to create new consulting rooms, clinics, assessment rooms, offices, stores, WC’s & reception areas. Supply and install new acoustic linings, supply and fit new Velux roof windows including forming new openings & light-wells. Works also include levelling of existing floors to previously removed level access shower areas, MF soundproofing to walls and ceilings of consulting and assessment rooms. Contractor to allow for all materials and labour, complete site setup, scaffold/ access equipment, welfare etc. to facilitate the proposed works. <br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />1. Quick Quote Request Document<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on 17th June and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on 25th June 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason.
