Tender description

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is seeking a delivery partner to design, build, and implement a portfolio of transformational digital services for its corporate functions. The “Corporate Enquiries & Process Improvement” (CEPI) programme will replace existing fragmented, email- and spreadsheet-driven processes with a unified solution incorporating validated digital forms, automated triage and response, and integrated workflows, enabled by AI where relevant. Timeline Target publication will be issued June 2026.
