REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: TRAFFORD – PROVISION OF E-CIGARETTES & ASSOCIATED PARAPHERNALIA Trafford Council are seeking to appoint an e-cigarette supplier to supply e-cigarettes and e-liquids to smoking cessation providers as part of Trafford’s smoking cessation support offer. STAR Ref UID020746; The Chest Ref DN817085). Approximate Total Contract Value: £150,000. Approximate Annual Contract Value: £30,000. Contract commencement date: 1st Aug 2026. Contract duration: 3 years with the option to extend for up to 24months subject to the sole discretion of Trafford Council.
