The service enables customers to book, attend and complete the statutory test at authorised test centres, with identity verification, test administration and results processing delivered in controlled and secure conditions. The contract supports the Home Office in delivering a mandatory requirement for applicants, ensuring accessibility, integrity and consistency of testing services across the UK.
