The works comprise external fabric repairs and replacement works to the West Wing, including replacement of windows and refurbishment or renewal of cladding systems, together with associated façade repairs to improve performance, compliance and longevity of the building envelope. This notice is issued for transparency and market awareness only and does not constitute a call for competition or procurement exercise. The Authority reserves the right not to proceed with any procurement referenced in this notice. Any future procurement will be subject to separate publication and compliance with the Procurement Act 2023.
