Pre Market Engagement for Window Replacements (Supply & Install)

Be One Homes is currently preparing to initiate a procurement activity for Window Replacements for future Capital Investment into our stock. We are looking for experienced contractors to supply and install new upvc windows as directed to a wide range of properties that can include blocks of flats, bungalows and houses. Be One Homes undertake programmes of work to replace UPVC windows to properties each year. Any scaffold necessary to carry out the replacements will be the responsibility of the contractor. We wish to engage with the market at this stage to establish the level of market interest and to gather information that will be beneficial in the tendering process. Suppliers who wish to participate in the market engagement exercise should complete the pre-market engagement questionnaire by no later than the closing date detailed. Participation or non-participation in this pre-procurement market engagement shall not prevent any supplier from participating in a potential procurement process in the future. Keywords: windows
