Niarbyl Cafe Refurbishment

Tender description

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition for works to refurbish the existing Niarbyl Cafe for Manx National Heritage to be carried out between 20th July 2026 and 29th August 2026.<br /><br />Works are expected to include: <br />• Site set up, including welfare and security<br />• Service isolations, removal of redundant services, new installations and subsequent making good<br />• Roof repairs (tiled and fiberglass) including fascias and guttering<br />• Fit out of an internal disabled toilet including provision / connection of all services supplies and wastes<br />• Construction / alterations / repairs to existing floors and floor finishes<br />• Installation of new floor finishes<br />• Repairs to existing internal plaster finishes<br />• Remedial works / replacement / renewal of ironmongery<br />• Internal / external cleaning, preparation and redecoration <br />• Site clean and demobilisation<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br />- Penketh Millar Measured Survey – Ref: 03 Proposal Drawing<br />- Niarbyl Cafe Asbestos Survey Report, Ref: U/037/ASB/MNH<br />- PT H&S Plan (Rev 1.1) – Niarbyl Café & Restaurant (Refurbishment Works), Ref: V/037/PS/MNH<br />- Niarbyl Cafe Schedule of Works May 2026<br />- Sketch Sk1a<br />- Standard Terms and Conditions for Goods and or Services <br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until 17:00hrs on Friday 19th June 2026 with the deadline for submissions being noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 3rd July 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
