The service will enable service users receiving care to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. The service will have a strong emphasis on maintaining and developing abilities and skills with a "supporting to" rather than a "doing for" approach. With focus on reablement, enablement, maintaining, recovery, self-care and remaining active. This service is for multi-award contracts with no guarantee of work.
