Tender description

The works comprise the refurbishment of the building envelope to the Guildhall West Wing, including replacement of existing windows and overhaul of external cladding systems, together with associated repairs and upgrades to ensure performance, compliance and longevity of the façade. This notice is issued for transparency and market awareness only and does not constitute a call for competition or procurement exercise. The Authority reserves the right not to proceed with any procurement referenced in this notice. Any future procurement will be subject to separate publication and compliance with the Procurement Act 2023.
