Tender description

The works comprise mechanical and associated electrical building services upgrades within the Guildhall East Wing, including replacement and refurbishment of plant, distribution systems and associated infrastructure, together with enabling and builder’s works required to support installation. Works will be undertaken within an operational building. This notice is issued for transparency and market awareness only and does not constitute a call for competition or procurement exercise. The Authority reserves the right not to proceed with any procurement referenced in this notice. Any future procurement will be subject to separate publication and compliance with the Procurement Act 2023.
